- Blue Dot Alert: Users will see a blue dot and a number in the announcements menu, highlighting unseen updates.
- Personalized Communication: Announcements can be customized by industry, client segment, or topic.
- Interactive Options: Announcements can include links to external resources or launch walkthroughs within the platform.
- User-Friendly Design: Once users interact with the announcement, the blue dot fades away for a cleaner experience.
What It Means for You
This feature provides a streamlined and non-intrusive way for customers to stay informed about updates, events, and key resources. It ensures announcements are centralized and accessible without disrupting workflows.
Customer Actions
No immediate action is required. Customers can interact with the announcement alerts by clicking into the Support Center to access relevant updates and resources.
