Onboarding is easier and faster than ever

Your onboarding is now easier and more streamlined. Not only does it walk you through the setup steps, it will also give you examples of what happens when you use the suites and what your customers will see.

This new onboarding experience makes training your employees easier and lets them get started faster than ever before. During the onboarding process there will be a checklist of activities you'll need to complete including creating accounts, sending a test message, connecting your Google Business Profile(s), Facebook Business page, and social media accounts, and more.

You'll be able to test every marketing tool, learn where to find and respond to platform notifications, see important platform updates, and see if you need to finalize any business activities.

New smart tool walks you through platform
WalkMe is your friendly neighborhood tour guide. It's here to show you around the Scorpion platform and take you on a guided tour with stops along the way to show you how to take actions such as sending your first text to a client or requesting a review, and show you how to use the different tools in the platform.

This tool can be found in the Support Center under Help and comes with an easy-to-use menu. This is your new resource to learn more how to use the platform, get every new employee trained, and ready to market your business.

You'll also be able to see pop-ups within the platform that call attention to new features or showcase important updates, read helpful articles, and get easy access to the continually expanding library of content and resources, so you and your employees can level up your marketing skills.

The social media publishing calendar is back
The social media publishing calendar is back by popular demand. You can now view all of your posts in a calendar format. To enable the calendar view, you'll simply click on the calendar icon in the top right corner of the My Post Page. You can also toggle back and forth between calendar and list views depending on your preference.

Click on any date within the publishing calendar to view your posts for that day, or create a new one.
